What Counts

Many of you have probably seen the news coverage of the wildfires burning in Fort McMurray. All of Alberta (and beyond) is thinking about this. 

It's been amazing to see the neighbourliness and compassion that others from across the country, province and globe are showing for these individuals whose lives have been turned upside down in the last 48 hours. It's unfortunate sometimes that it takes a crisis to remind us that we have more in common than not and that even in the face of such devastation we are still rich if we have strong relationships in our lives. 

Hope that you'll consider donating to the Red Cross to ensure all of these families have the support they will need over these next number of days, weeks and months.
