Humanizing Change

How do we manage change? Can you even manage change? How do current change theories/processes take into account that the people the change is happening to are humans? Is the way we've often approached it focusing too much on doing vs being?

The tricky part with change is you're trying to help someone think differently. No amount of writing the new way down on paper or walking someone through your five point plan is going to make the change you seek happen. It's all about consistency of message, trying many different ways of understanding and experiencing the different and allowing the safe space for being that will make all the difference.
