We (anyone trying to make a change) spend a lot of time creating and joining networks of people to work together to accomplish the end vision that we see. We know that working together is necessary.
How much time do you spend intentionally putting together your own support network? Do you have the right kinds of people in that network to support your welbeing? And if you do, how often do you lean into this network?
I think our own personal networks for care, inspiration, thinking, etc. are critical to "having it all." Sometimes asking for help can be harder than working on whatever change initiative we're advancing professionally. Vulnerability is not the opposite of strength. In fact, it should be synonymous with it.
If we didn't think of asking for help as failing, what would that open us up for?
