Enrollment

Being effective as an individual will only take us so far. Figuring out how to be as effective working with a group of people is what spreads our ideas and brings in different perspectives and skill sets to make them a reality. It works even better when we let go of needing the authority to do this and focus on enrolling others in what we're doing. Having them buy-in not because they were told to, but because they want to.
