Paying Attention

Today in a crowded restaurant a man said hello and noted he recognized us from being at the same distillery as him this afternoon. There are a lot of distilleries in Scotland. This one was 30 minutes outside Glasgow. I was so impressed he recognized us (particularly my husband who had on a distinctive baseball hat). I have since tried to think back to anyone else I noticed at the distillery today. Besides the handful of people on our tour, I'm not able to recall much. This ties into my theme this week of slowing down. Noting what and who are around you. Being intentionally in the moment. Being in less of a hurry.
