I've spent most of my career working with others on their ideas. Helping them to make them better and support them as needed in seeing them through. I've really loved this, especially working with passionate people who care about making the world a better place. Some times the ideas have even become more a blend of my ideas than someone else's.
I don't mind sharing and I don't even care about the credit. It's just when they start to bring the idea to life they do it in their own way. As they should. I find now though that I am ready to bring these ideas to life in my own way. To see an idea through from brainstorming to at least it's first iteration/prototype. To have confidence that I have ideas worth sharing and can help make the world around me a little better than I found it.
It's a little bit scary, but mostly really exciting.
