We spend a lot of time coming up with ways to solve things. It can be frustrating to focus on if we are actually solving the right thing in the first place. The below Charles Kettering quote captured that. Those of us trying to solve social challenges have much to learn from more traditional probelm-solving (though I could also make a case they can learn from us).
