What is an assertion about the world that you believe is true, that other people might disagree with? If this belief shapes how you live, tell us how.

I believe that the glass isn't just half-full, it is overflowing. That there is endless possibility in the world, especially when it comes to people. I believe that there is enough capacity to solve the world's challenges if only we all contribute and join our gifts together in service of each other and the planet. I think ability is a myth and that we all have the potential to do amazing things if we only shift the story that we are telling ourselves. I know that if I have managed to shift the story that was limiting myself to contribute fully that others can to. That's my mission. To help individuals, organizations and communities step into their gifts that are already there, to embrace the knowledge and wisdom that already exists among them and the places they live and to work together to put their own solutions into the world. In the wise words of Meg Wheatley “There is no power greater than a community discovering what it cares about.”
