Pace is something that I'm always struggling with. How to set one that you can sustain for a longer period of time. I'm always amazed at the to-do list I create at the start of a week or weekend and how I re-evaluate as I go. I'm not as surprised when anxiety starts to creep in as I realize that only about half of this list is going to be accomplished.
The good news is I don't worry as much when something falls off. I'm better at letting things go. Next step is getting a little better at setting the list. I know I should just start with three things and then once they are complete worry about the rest, but it's hard sometimes to figure out which of many things I think are important should drop.
