Two-way street

I'm getting used to expecting contributions from others and being OK when something will only go as far as everyone is willing to work for it. It might mean we have to go a little slower to bring everyone along together or letting something fail to allow for learning. I'm still working to find the boundaries between using my own gifts and carrying too much of the load and especially to not feel guilty when I know I've done everything that I can. Sometimes the timing just isn't right for something even if as an individual I can see it so clearly.
