I haven't done a musical recommendation in awhile. Music, and all art, can produce a kind of engagement that is special.
The Once is an awesome band from Newfoundland and Labrador. Their current album is a bit less folky than other albums. It's also a bit darker.
They do have one uplifting song on their new EP. "We Are Love" well worth a listen and a reflection if you're struggling with love of any kind.
