Our final project of the altMBA was a video. We were supposed to compel others to change or take an action. It could be small or big. It was just about communicating your idea.
Of course, I picked building community.
As articulate as I can be in front of a group of people, especially if it's just a dialogue, when it comes to video or needing to speak a prepared text I am awkward.
My initial reaction had been to basically hide this from everyone. Then a wise friend reminded me that this journey is all about progress and not perfection. V is for vulnerable after all.
So here's my video on community and curious conversations. Please let it be a nudge to you to ship something you're a little uncomfortable with and is definitely not perfect.
