Three Thankful Things

I have a new way to restart my positive vibes. When I'm feeling a little lost, foggy and unclear, I get back into a daily gratitude practice. Somehow it had been a month since I'd written about what I was grateful for. 

Every night I jot down three things that day I'm grateful for. It's been start and stop as I've tried to solidify this new routine. I now have the tab from my google drive permanently open to remind me to take a couple of minute to cultivate gratitude in my life. 

I'm actually amazed at what a quick impact this practice has. I immediately feel better and energized. New goal: make gratitude a daily practice.
