Tomorrow I'm running for a cause that's close to my heart. For a cause that one day my family may depend on.
We all belong in community and that should be especially true for those who may be vulnerable for some reason. We'll all likely experience this kind of vulnerability at some point whether physical, mental, social or economic. What will we have done to ensure that our community will be there for us when we need it?
It's our diversity that makes up a strong community. We all have gifts to share at any time in our lives. How are we showing up with those gifts and how are we making space for others to add their gifts too?
p.s. thank you to everyone who gave and made sure we reached our goal!! I'm so lucky to have a community that supports me.
