It is great to be able to move quickly. It is equally as important to know when you need to slow down and look ahead for a bit before you set off. The latter is not my strong suit. I'm always in a hurry. Sometimes that hurry can mean I miss sight of the forest and am just moving from tree to tree.
I usually notice it when someone else makes an observation about the present or the future that resonates with me and was not in my field of vision. It's a nudge to take a minute to take a few steps back and get a full view of the forest in front of me.
