Initiate

I'm impatient. I always want everything and everyone to move at once and at the same pace as me.  I've struggled to realize that may or may not be reasonable. 

I don't spend as much time celebrating that impatience. It's the impatience that propels me to initiate. That gives me the courage to take a step into the unknown.  To not wait for others or to be given permission to do the thing that needs to be done.
