After a long day of travel, I couldn't quite muster up the proper energy to dig further into my learnings at the SiG gathering this week. So, off to Medium I went.
I came across this article (highlighted by a fellow practice gathering participant) on the Millennial Dream. I loved the inclusiveness. That this dream is not only for people who came of age in this time, but for anyone who is living and defining what this next century of human existence will be defined by. It's a movement that any of us can be a part of.
My favourite portion is the recognition that we don't need help from government or a large institution to help us bring this dream to life. It's within our own control (with exceptions for those who have been marginalized for generations and we really do need to change some things there).
By creating systems that are owned by many and that many are compelled to contribute to we can go far together.
