It can be very noisy out there. So many messages trying to break through our 24-hour news and media cycle. Companies are trying harder and harder to get our attention.
What happens when what we said and what we deliver doesn't line up? Do we lose trust? And what happens when someone comes to us upset because of that broken bond, do we show up in a posture of caring?

The point of this particular blog post is that it's great if we care and if/when we don't, we need to figure out how to show up in a way that our customer believes that we do.
I was having trouble reconciling this particular point. How do you convince someone you care? Perhaps it takes an acting ability or mindset that I don't possess? Or maybe it's part of my sometimes naive view of the world? Either way it got me thinking about if this is how some people learn to carry things a bit lighter and if it's even possible for someone on a heart-centered journey to do this.
