We use a lot of labels everyday.
When we make a mistake do we say that we did something bad or we are a bad person? What kinds of conversations do we label as smart? What does it mean to be a good parent?
The words we use, especially in our own internal monologue, mean something. One word can hold a lot of weight and may actually be what's holding us back from moving forward.
The cool thing about words is that we can play around with them. We can try on different labels to see how it makes us feel. Are there some words that give us more energy and confidence? Why not start to own more of those.
