Shaun Loney helped to open up EconoUs today. Of the many wise things he and Chief Dr. Robert Joseph spoke about, this statement was the one that stuck.
Unlike money, which has a lot of inequality associated with it, love and time are accessible for most. We all have these gifts to share with ourselves and each other. It means a loving army of individuals ready to give their time to a cause can change our world. I'm sure we can all think of examples where we've seen this to be true.
Love and time also work well in increments. 5% more love and 5 minutes more of your time could completely alter yours or another's course in life. It's easy to figure out how you can make time to just give a little more love tomorrow and you'll be surprised when you end up having even more.
