How does love show up in our professional lives? Do we have roles that allow us to pour our whole selves including our hearts into what we do?
This doesn't mean everyone has to work in the charitable world. I know people whose passion for the way numbers tell a story is equally on par with my own for community building. In both those cases though we get to throw our heart into our work everyday.
Talking about this "softer" side of the work world is becoming more prominent. Many leaders know that with the digital revolution and automation, work that gives space for love is the future of our professional environments.
Finding those intersections that allow us to lean into what's great about humankind, and as a Dan Pallotta says: be both.
