Tonight driving home I was listening to Natalie Panek's episode of The Next 150. In it she was challenging Canadians to be more curious in their lives – to be everyday explorers.
She spoke of how she and her classmates built a solar powered car, in a fraction of the usual time, that drove from Phoenix to to Calgary. They were able to do this by being as curious about what didn't work as what did.
I often use "how fascinating" from The Art of Possibility to remind myself not to worry too much when things go wrong or take it too seriously. This saying is also a reminder to be a better everyday explorer and that those things that go wrong are likely even more important to solving a challenge than the things that go right.
