I'm always amazed at how much bigger a project, conversation or sentence can seem before you start it. Before we embark, there are all these what ifs and our inside voice can come up with some pretty crazy narratives about the reasons we can't do something.
These excuses are how we let resistance hold us back. That's why it's always so important to just start. To lean forward and begin. And continually remind ourselves of how much better it is on the other side of the starting line.
