I was listening to a story on CBC today about a man who originally made an anonymous donation to save a large piece of land in his hometown that was being taken over my development. After a time, he realized that though he didn't desire the credit, he could actually have more impact by sharing his story.
When we shine our light it inspires others to do the same. When we share our story it increases the chances that someone will stand up and step out to make their world a little better than it was before.
