It's no secret that I am a follower of Seth Godin. His courses, books and blog have been a big part in helping me to step out and step up as myself in the last couple of years. His recent blog on kindness hit especially close to home.
Kindness, in one word, is a business model, an approach to strangers and a platform for growth.
It's rarer than I'd hope that a global leader in business stands by something as simple and vulnerable as kindness. Can you imagine if every airline you'd ever been on had this at the crux of their strategy? I am hopeful though that a wave of kindness is sweeping over us and that more and more leaders, businesses and organizations will put being kind at their core.
