We're all self-conscious. At some point in the day we worry about what someone else is going to think about something we do.
In those moments of self-doubt it can seem like we're the only ones who think these kinds of things. That the people in our lives we admire move through life in a better, more sound way that doesn't involve these kinds of thoughts.
Perhaps there are some people who really operate that way. I think the difference is how attached we are to that self-consciousness. Can we acknowledge it and let it be? Can we accept that it's all about our mindset and taking the power away from the resistance? Those serene people took their first step toward this at some point and it's up to us to take ours.
