Our resistance often sounds very rational. It's rational as the voice in our head or coming from a co-worker as to why we shouldn't move forward with something. It looks rational when we have a large list of all of the things we need to do. After all, we're busy. How can we be resisting anything? How do we know when it's the resistance or logical feedback for making what we're doing better?
Only you and those you hold closest are going to be able to answer this. There are a few clues though.
If we keep having a reason for delaying to ship, we're probably caught in the resistance. Shipping can be a product or the actual ask in a sales call. The act of how often someone ships is also a good way to tell from the outside.
Unwillingness to set deadlines is another clue. Deadlines (like real deadlines) are the enemy of resistance. They force us to send what we're working on whether we are ready or not. We then have to deal with the consequences, good or bad, and hopefully learn from them for the next ship.
