This wisdom comes by way of Steve Jobs via Brené Brown. This level of discipline is what I believe is the separation between good and great. It also isn't easy, which is why its rare.
It isn't only possible for people like Steve Jobs and not people like you or me. We can all be this focused, we just have to start the practice.
