Your Best Time

I'm more of an early bird than your average person, but even still it's tricky to get up, get going and start putting energy into the things that will make a difference. To that end, I'm trying to implement a few of these habits fromNick Wignall's Medium article - The Secret to Becoming an Annoyingly Productive Early Morning Person

I also really want to strive to stop letting things hijack my morning hours. It's pretty rare that the things I let take over my time are actually urgent. A friend once told me "there's no such thing as an urgent email, that's what the phone is for." What would happen if I didn't check my email for the first time until 11am and spent those first few hours really digging into the work I needed to get done? Here's hoping I can resist the resistance and calm my monkey mind enough to find out :)
