Leadership doesn't mean much until you're willing to use it as a label for yourself. The titles that others give you (authority), mean very little to the permission you allow yourself by standing up and stepping into the light.
The neat thing about labels is we can start trying them on for size in our own internal narrative. It's funny how quickly they can start to become part of our identity, often before we even know it.
