Earlier this year Seth Godin launched his podcast – Akimbo. The first episode is all about the Grand Opening and how we've built it up, but also how it may not really work for many.
Seth of course flips it to thinking about how do you start with a whisper and fan the flames so it's grows louder. If it can't grow, it might not be an idea that your audience really wants or maybe you haven't landed the story well enough yet.
You likely haven't put a lot of effort in yet though, so you can also easily start another whisper and see where that leads.
