Showing up here a day late because I forgot about the Typepad maintenance!
I love how the evolution of work which now relies so much on great thinking and communicating enables us to work with and in many different situations. I wouldn't have thought when I graduated in 2007 as a music teacher that eventually I'd be doing the work I'm doing now. I'm sure it will be hard to imagine where another decade will lead. I'm so grateful though that I've been able to follow my path and share my gifts in lots of different ways.
There's lots of research that shows the strongest teams are those that are made up of diversity. If you need to develop an app, don't just put all software developers around a table, you'll miss a lot of magic. Look at how to bring a group together of unusual suspects and wait to be delighted by what unfolds.
