In the midst of moving and life lately, I missed my two year blog-aversary.
Sometimes I really wonder why I do this every day. How can I possibly have anything interesting to say every single day? Well the answer is I don't. I wrote about my reasons for starting this blog on April 25th last year when my blog turned a year old. I keep writing though because of the below quote.
I keep working because I know that for every 10 posts that are OK (or even much less than OK), there will be one where I've managed to channel my gift and my heart into something I'm really proud of. It's only through showing up and shipping consistently that I create the discipline, craft and habit to allow this inspiration to strike.
There are very few people born with natural talent. The rest of us have the amazing opportunity to choose what we wish to be talented in and earn it through hard work and dedication.
