Putting Ourselves in Our Element

I love seeing people in their element. When things are firing on all cylinders for them.

I usually find this happens in generous and curious conversations. When people have opportunities to add to and question other's ideas or when they are open enough to let others in to do this for their ideas. You just see the energy ratchet up.
