Each day that goes by I find myself being able to dig and root further into me. To learn to let go of what someone else's expectation might be and shine my own light.
It isn't that I didn't love the person I was or the experiences I had a decade ago, they are how I got here today. I am grateful though that each passing year brings with it the opportunity to live more into the Nicole that makes my heart sing and to surround myself with others who mirror that same joy back.
