I'm not sure if I'll ever really love this sound, but perhaps we can become friends.
Heading into this next phase of our lives it's been hard to know what to say yes and no to. I'm very much embracing the Sheryl Sandberg frame and leaning in up until I'm on mat leave and figuring out our new reality. However, what about opportunities that trend after that? What's my new decision criteria and bandwidth that I'm working with?
It's all a little tricky to know. So in some ways, I'm learning to love the sound of my feet slowing down their pace and trying to figure out what the next evolution of my path is going to be.
