This quote appears at the top of Part One in Bernadette Jiwa's Story Driven. 

For me it always makes more sense to think about leadership and work in terms of contributions than achievements. It puts us in a place to give our unique gifts and make space for others to do the same. There isn't one single ingredient that makes a recipe, but the balance and addition of all to create the meal and in turn the magic.
