The challenge with your brain going a mile a minute is you miss things or don't absorb them. Recalling a movie you saw, a book you read or a story that someone told you is like trying to grasp at wisps of air you know are sort of there, but are disappearing.
It's the trait that I'm working on the most. Being present enough and taking things in so that I have clear recollections of the things that happen and not just a sort of hazy memory. Building my own mental retaining wall that holds things in place for long enough that they start to set.
