Time to Walk

I'm actually a little too good at listening to my body when I'm doing something active. I don't sweat, which means I usually feel a little like I'm going to explode if I do too much. This leads to me often not pushing myself as hard as others around me. I was not made for physical endurance. 

I make up for this though in the rest of my life. I have capacity to accomplish a lot and push myself really hard. I have learned that I can't give up sleep, but most everything else is on the table when I have a goal in mind. 

That's why it's always a little weird for me to slow down the same way I do when I'm being active. Backing the foot off the gas a little and taking a minute to breath and take stock. Checking in on the path you're on and course correcting as necessary. Deciding to walk for a couple of kilometres in order to have that next push.
