I've struggled to find a meditation routine of some kind. It seems crazy to think I can't find a few times each day to slow down and take 10-15 minutes just to focus on my breath, but that's how I'm operating at the moment.
Moving to a new house is a good opportunity to shake up your routine. I'm going to start with trying to fit a little quiet time into my mornings.
